Are you passionate about early years education? Do you want to start your career in a wonderful nursery school?
Our philosophy for Early Education lies in a good balance between child-initiated play, and structured, taught sessions. Our irresistible continuous provision inside and our wonderful garden and outdoor classrooms ensure that children make exception progress from the start. Early literacy and numeracy skills lie at the heart of all we do, with particular focus on Early Communication. With most of our children being EAL, this is crucial to their development.
Our belief is that innovative early year’s teaching lies at the heart of everything we do. We are a hard-working team, where staff at all levels are encouraged to develop themselves and be the best they can be, in a supportive environment.
If you have the drive, ideas, and high expectations to help create a truly ambitious learning environment for 3–5-year-olds we would love to hear from you!
We can offer you:
• A supportive school with an incredible ECT programme.
• To be able to work with early years specialists who take part in action research.
• To work in a wonderful learning environment both indoors and outdoors.
• Be part of a small early year’s federation of schools
The right candidate will have:
• A positive outlook and a resilient nature
• Be committed to early years inclusion.
