Park Primary Academy is a thriving and growing school at the heart of the exciting Beam Park development in Rainham. We are seeking a passionate and ambitious Early Career Teacher to join our team and become part of our warm, forward-thinking community.

    Why Join Us?
This is more than your first teaching post — it is the start of your professional journey.
At Park Primary Academy, we invest in our teachers. Through high-quality mentoring, coaching and bespoke CPD, you will receive the guidance, challenge and encouragement needed to grow into a confident, reflective practitioner. Whether your aspirations lie in subject leadership, pastoral care or wider school development, we are committed to helping you take the next steps.

    • A collaborative team who share ideas and celebrate success
    • Enthusiastic, well-behaved pupils who love learning
    • A modern, spacious learning environment
    • Strong academy-wide support and professional networks

    The Role
We are looking for someone who:
    • Holds QTS (or is on track to achieve it)
    • Has a genuine passion for education
    • Creates engaging, inclusive and purposeful learning experiences

    • Has high expectations for every child
    • Is reflective, open to feedback and eager to develop
    • Thrives as part of a team and contributes positively to school life

In this role, you will plan and deliver inspiring learning experiences, build strong relationships with families and colleagues, and use assessment effectively to support every child’s progress.
