Coventry continues to invest in the Early Help Service and is proud of the work that is delivered by a multi-agency team from the 8 Family Hubs located in the communities across the city

We are dedicated and committed to helping empower children, young people, and families to build resilience and thrive. By collaborating with the Supporting Families Teams, Social Care Teams and a wide range of partners, we will ensure that families receive the right help at the right time by the right people.

Coventry was one of the 15 Local Authorities that were selected to be a ‘trailblazer’. We will share our learning and best practise with other Local Authorities across the UK. We will continue to lead the way and be able to evidence the difference we make to children's and families' lives. Join us in making a difference.

We value diverse perspectives and experiences and are striving to create an inclusive workplace culture that is accepting of all and is free from discrimination and bias.

In line with our One Coventry Values, we want to ensure that our communities are represented across our workforce. A vital part of this is ensuring we are a truly inclusive organisation that encourages diversity in all respects, including diversity of thinking. • Own and be accountable: We work together to deliver the best services for our residents.
    • Value and respect: We put diversity and inclusion at the heart of all we do.
