Educational Psychologist
We are a small friendly team who will support your career progression and we would love you to join our team and support our journey applying psychology to make a difference for children and young people in the borough contributing to Education and Learning’s three obsessions: attendance, inclusion, and wellbeing.
Teamwork and collaboration are important to us and we strive to find innovative ways to apply psychology in our practice We are committed to consultation, collaboration and communication and embrace person-centred and strengths-based approaches. We are keen to apply different paradigms in psychology, particularly positive psychology and although we are predominantly a statutory service, we are developing an emerging traded offer we hope to strengthen and build on, delivered via TESSA. As a service we actively encourage professional development, including offering TEP placement and support each other offering a range of supervision opportunities. We work closely with partner agencies and have opportunities to contribute to developments across St Helens.
