
Educational Psychologist
The Post Our Educational Psychology Service (EPS) operates a flexible, consultation-based model, drawing on a wide range of psychological approaches, tools and techniques to support children and young people (CYP), schools and families. We are committed to:
- Providing varied and stimulating work that maximises EP skills
- Supporting the most vulnerable CYP, while addressing wider systemic needs
- Delivering high-quality training, project work and consultation
- A well-established ELSA programme: over 100 ELSAs trained across 60% of schools
- A highly regarded annual ELSA conference
- A strong EBSA (Emotionally-Based School Avoidance) framework, including a multi-agency panel led by EP
- Development of an evaluative tool that allows Brent schools to gather data on pupil belonging.

- ADHD in the classroom
- Precision Teaching
- Literacy support[ND1.1]
- Fostering positive relationships for pupils - Dedicated EP involvement in the Virtual School

Salary range
- £51,383 - £61,721 per year
