Engineering Manager - Lead Meaningful Projects in a Beautiful Borough

Salary: £48,273 – £51,027 + essential car user allowance (£1,239 per annum)

Location: Kings Hill, West Malling (with flexible/hybrid working options)

Contract: Permanent | Full Time (37 hours per week)

About the Role

• This is an exciting opportunity to lead a varied and impactful portfolio of engineering projects across the borough. You’ll be responsible for:
• Managing the Engineering team and associated budgets
• Leading projects relating to car parking, drainage, land management, and more
• Advising on flood risk and working closely with the Environment Agency and Kent County Council
• Overseeing winter maintenance, bridge inspections, and electric vehicle charging infrastructure

You’ll work from our Kings Hill offices, with the flexibility to work remotely and the opportunity to get out and about across the borough.
