We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Enrichment & Engagement Officer to lead our exciting enrichment programme at our Tonbridge campus and make a real difference to our learners’ college experience.

This is a flexible and rewarding opportunity to shape and deliver an inclusive, engaging enrichment programme that supports student wellbeing, personal growth, and employability.
What you’ll do:
- Design and deliver a year-round enrichment programme that builds resilience, supports wellbeing, and develops employability and life skills.
- Champion teamwork, leadership, and positive participation through engaging activities and events.
- Work collaboratively with Heads of Curriculum to enhance and diversify enrichment opportunities across all subject areas.
- Develop and promote the College Enrichment brand, bringing our college community together through creativity, collaboration, and celebration.
- Use learner feedback to continually improve the student experience and ensure enrichment is inclusive and accessible to all.
- Coordinate and support fundraising events, social action projects, and student-led initiatives.
- Build partnerships with local and national organisations to expand opportunities for our students.
- Act as a key point of contact for enrichment and clubs-related enquiries, sharing responsibility where appropriate.
About you:
We are looking for a proactive, organised, and creative individual with a genuine passion for student engagement and personal development. You’ll be confident leading activities, building partnerships, and inspiring both staff and students to get involved whether working independently or as part of a shared role.
The Role:
Where you’ll work: The role is based at North Kent College’s Tonbridge campus.
Your hours: Up to 37 hours per week, 36 weeks per annum (Term Time Only).
We will consider any part-time hours / job share arrangements, please specify in your supporting statement the hours that you are able to commit to.
Your pay: £17,851.22 + enhanced holiday pay (£25,856 per annum full time equivalent)
