Are you passionate about providing a high-quality service in a professional manner and ensuring continuous improvement of an Environmental Health Service?

Do you have the skills and experience to provide assistance and support to officers carrying out a range of environmental enforcement and behaviour change activities?

Do you have the expertise necessary to effectively:

Deal with routine enquiries and complaints from customers on the telephone, in writing and by email;

Keep accurate records using IT systems;

Compile prosecution documents and liaise with the Court; and

Understand the Data Protection Act & UK GDPR requirements.

If so, you may be the perfect candidate for this role.
