Join our Team as a Housing Estate Inspector
We’re looking for a dedicated Housing Estate Inspector to join our growing team, who is a forward-thinking individual with a passion for delivering excellent customer service and who has a “can do” attitude.
You must be resilient, confident, like a challenge, have passion, and have a firm focus on excellent customer service.
About the Role: As a Housing Estate Inspector, you will play a key role in maintaining high standards of our Estates within the community, working closely with the neighbourhood team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the on-site point of contact responsible for conducting inspections of our Estates
- Be responsible for carrying out regular scheduled inspections of internal and external areas on our Estates.
- Report repairs or Health & Safety concerns and follow up.
- Monitoring and recording performance of contractors.
- Produce comprehensive reports outlining issues and recommendations.
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous experience in property/Estate management, or a related field.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- A valid driving license.
What you need to succeed in this role:
At a minimum, you will be able to demonstrate:
- A proactive approach to Estate Management.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Flexible attitude and attention to detail.
- Strong customer service skills with ability to be firm but have empathy
- Have a good understanding of safeguarding issues around vulnerable adults and children
