The Heath Family Trust are seeking a dedicated Estates and Capital Manager to oversee the maintenance, development and safety of all properties across the trust’s academies, ensuring buildings support educational goals, comply with regulations and are cost effective. Under the guidance of the Director of Infrastructure , the Estates and capital manager will be responsible for managing capital projects (refurbishments, extensions, new builds), leading asset and facilities strategies, managing budgets, coordinating external consultants and contractors, and liaising with stakeholders to maintain high-quality learning environments.
