As the Events Coordinator, you will provide vital administrative and occasional on-site support to the Events Manager. Working on a diverse program of outdoor events and markets across Adur and Worthing, tasks include processing initial applications, coordinating permissions and handling financial administration such as invoicing and raising purchase orders using the Council's finance software. Acting as a key liaison between council departments and external partners, on occasion you may be required to work flexibly, attending events in person to ensure successful delivery.

The successful candidate will be subject to a Standard DBS clearance.
