An exciting opportunity for an Executive Personal Assistant has become available to work at Wallfields, Hertford as part of the Corporate Support Team. Key Responsibilities
As an Executive Personal Assistant you will support the Chief Executive, Leader of the council and wider Leadership Team. Some of the key responsibilities include:
- Providing support to the Chief Executive and Leader by delivering high quality diary management and accurate production of documents, briefing papers and reports.
- Responsible for ensuring the smooth running of the CEO and Leader’s offices
- Building and maintain strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Contributing to the achievement of EHC’s Service Level Agreements and key performance indicators
- Collaborating with colleagues throughout the business to deliver a high standard of customer experience
- Directly dealing with requests for assistance from Members of Parliament
Competencies requirements
This role will suit a detailed focused, energetic team player who enjoys a performance focused environment who is looking to take on a challenging, but rewarding position.
The ideal candidate will have
- An ability to work at a fast pace with an accurate and methodical approach
- Proven customer service excellence focus
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience within a busy administration role within an office environment
- Advanced level competency using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint)
- ‘Can do’ attitude

Salary range
- £35,163 - £38,009 per year
