    About the Job

    We offer a variety of Social Work opportunities catering to different resident groups and in a variety of settings. All staff work closely with our Practice Managers and Team Managers to ensure that we are able to deliver a safe, strength based service, promoting and improving independence, ensuring comprehensive person-centred assessments, reviews and interventions, supporting court work (where required) and ensuring residents are safeguarded, enabling choice and control regarding their accommodation, care and support needs.

    We are happy to consider flexible working. The Council offers flexible working arrangements in terms of when and where people work e.g. hybrid working, part-time, condensed hours etc. Please discuss your needs with us.


    About You

    We’re looking for experienced, confident social work practitioners; you will have at least 2 years post qualified experience (or more) and experience of working effectively within a diverse, urban community.

    You will be a qualified social worker who is registered with Social Work England.
