Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality, well-planned lessons that foster outstanding teaching and learning in the Early Years Foundation Stage.
- Set and maintain high expectations for pupil achievement and behaviour, ensuring excellent progress.
- Work collaboratively and effectively within a motivated team to support school improvement initiatives.
- Develop creative and engaging learning experiences that promote play as a vital part of children’s development.
- Build strong partnerships with children, families, staff, governors, and the wider community.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with experience teaching in EYFS.
- Proven success in promoting pupil progress and maintaining high standards of behaviour.
- Excellent communication, organisational, and interpersonal skills.
- Commitment to professional development and ongoing personal excellence.
