    Lift Beacon is a thriving Primary Academy in Loughborough, serving children aged 2 to 11 years old.     Your new role
    Reception is a vital part of our school, laying the foundation for our pupils' learning journey. This well-established class benefits from consistent routines, with the majority of children having transitioned from our on-site nursery. You will be supported by an experienced EYFS leader and a full-time teaching assistant, working together to ensure every child gets the best possible start. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a committed team in a vibrant and inclusive school where early years education is truly valued.

    What you'll need to succeed
    You will be a qualified teacher who has patience and understanding with young children. You'll be able to quickly adjust teaching methods to meet the needs of all children. It's important you have the flexibility to be able to handle unexpected situations with professionalism and patience in interactions with a variety of children and situations, with a calm demeanour.
