EYFS/Primary SEND Teacher

We are looking to appoint an EYFS/Primary SEND Teacher to join our passionate and hardworking team at Evolve Academy.

To lead a group of EYFS/Primary pupils with Education, Health and Care plans; planning and delivering outstanding cross curricular learning opportunities including English and Maths, whilst securing a nurturing and supportive environment with high expectations for all pupils to enable to achieve their full potential.
