The Role:

We are looking for a Family Group Decision Making (FGDM) Administrative Support Officer to join our dedicated team. Family Group Decision Making helps families come together to make plans that keep children safe, strengthen family networks and achieve positive change. This role is central to ensuring the service runs smoothly and effectively.
You will provide high-quality administrative support, coordinate meetings, manage records and correspondence, maintain information systems, and support the collection and reporting of performance information. You will be the first point of contact for many enquiries and play a key role in delivering an efficient and professional service.
We're looking for someone with excellent organisational and communication skills, strong attention to detail, experience of working with data and information systems, and the ability to manage a busy workload. You will be a team player with a positive attitude who is committed to delivering excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
Act as a first point of contact for enquiries relating to the FGDM service, delivering excellent customer service to families and professionals
Coordinate meetings, prepare documentation and provide note-taking support when required
Manage the distribution of plans, minutes, correspondence and other key service information
Maintain accurate records, filing systems and information databases to support effective service delivery
Collate performance information and assist with the production of reports and statistical summaries
Provide flexible administrative support to the wider FGDM team and contribute to continuous service improvement
About You:
You have strong administrative and organisational skills, with excellent attention to detail
You are confident communicating with a wide range of people and can build positive working relationships
You have good written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to produce accurate reports and documents
You are comfortable working with data, information systems and performance information
You can prioritise your workload effectively and remain calm whenworking under pressure
You are flexible, proactive and committed to supporting positive outcomes for children, young people and families
