Our Team:

We have an exciting opportunity to join our dedicated Halton Family Hub team as a part-time Administration Officer 20 hours per week – working Monday to Friday 1pm – 5pm at Brookvale family hub.

As the first point of contact for service users, partners, and visitors, you'll play a key role in creating a welcoming and supportive environment at our reception.

Your Contributions:

The Family Hub Administration Officer should hold GCSE Math’s and English qualifications; or have the ability to demonstrate equivalent, relevant experience.

You will also be expected to:

  • Accurately enter data into service-specific systems while maintaining confidentiality and data security.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for service users, professionals, and contractors, both in person and by phone.
  • Provide a range of administrative support, including preparing communications, booking rooms, photocopying, and managing supplies and equipment.
