Family Hub Coordinator
Are you passionate about leading services that make a real difference to children, young people and families?
As a Family Hub Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in the delivery and development of Wakefield's Best Start Family Hub offer, leading a team of practitioners and working collaboratively with schools, health services, voluntary organisations and community partners to provide high-quality early intervention and prevention support. You will coordinate the delivery of evidence-based programmes, champion a whole-family, strengths-based approach, and ensure families receive the right support at the right time.
Working across a designated locality, you will oversee the Team Around model, supervise and develop staff, drive quality assurance and performance, and build strong partnerships through the Wakefield Families Together agenda. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced and motivated leader with a strong understanding of safeguarding, child development and early help services, who is committed to improving outcomes, reducing inequalities and helping children and families thrive within their communities.
