Shantona Women & Family Services is recruiting an experienced and committed Finance Manager & Finance Officer to join our team in Harehills, Leeds.

About the Role
The Finance Manager will oversee Shantona’ s financial operations, including budgeting, financial reporting, payroll, pensions, tax, statutory returns and audits.
The postholder will work closely with the CEO, Senior Leadership Team and Board of Trustees, while managing and supporting the Finance Officer. The role will also contribute to financial sustainability, strategic planning and organisational growth.
As the post holder will be working alongside and potentially with vulnerable women, children and their families, the post is open to women only
