Fleet Team Leader

Our Vacancy

We have an exciting opportunity for a Fleet Team Leader to join our team, playing a key role in ensuring our vehicle fleet operates safely, efficiently and cost‑effectively. Reporting to the Health, Safety & Environmental Compliance Manager, you’ll take ownership of a diverse fleet that supports vital operational services, working closely with contractors and internal teams. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on organisation, enjoys managing supplier relationships, and is passionate about driving continuous improvement and high service standards.

What you'll do

As Fleet Team Leader, you will oversee all aspects of fleet operations, from maintenance scheduling and compliance with transport legislation to managing fuel usage, costs and vehicle procurement. You’ll lead on driver safety, monitor performance through data and systems, and manage key contracts including vehicle hire, telematics and livery. Working proactively, you’ll ensure vehicles are safe, compliant and fit for purpose, while identifying opportunities to improve efficiency, reduce costs and deliver a high-quality service.
