We’re looking for a skilled and customer-focused Gas Engineer to join our team, helping to ensure residents’ homes are safe, warm and compliant. In this varied role, you’ll be responsible for servicing and repairing boilers, resolving heating system faults, and delivering outstanding service to our customers. Whether you’re supporting a vulnerable resident or troubleshooting a complex issue, you’ll be making a real difference every day. You’ll work both in residents’ homes and remotely, managing your own workload and maintaining high standards of safety and professionalism.

What you’ll do

As a Gas Engineer, you’ll carry out a wide range of tasks including boiler servicing, repairs, fault-finding and safety inspections. You’ll ensure all work is completed in line with current regulations and compliance requirements, while maintaining excellent communication with residents and colleagues. You’ll manage your own schedule, complete necessary documentation, and work collaboratively with internal teams to deliver a seamless service. Your role will be key in creating comfortable, safe living environments and improving customer satisfaction across our services.

What you’ll need

  • Relevant Gas Safe certifications and strong knowledge of gas safety regulations.

      • CCN1: ACS Gas Safe - Core Gas Safety Certificate
      • CEN1: ACS Gas Safe - Central Heating Boilers
      • CKR1: ACS Gas Safe - Cookers and Hobs
      • HTR1: ACS Gas Safe - Gas Fires
      • WAT1: ACS Gas Safe - Water Heaters
      • CPA1: ACS Gas Safe - Flue Gas Analysis
      • UHW: Unvented Hot Water Cylinders
      • Part L & Part P advantageous
  • Proven experience in gas repairs, servicing and installation across various boiler systems.
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to handle a diverse workload.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering solutions and customer satisfaction.
  • Commitment to health and safety compliance and respectful working practices in residents’ homes.
