General Needs Maintenance Operative

We are looking for an all-rounder to join our Housing team to carry out general domestic repairs and home improvements for our tenants. You will also carry out a range of works to the communal areas of the general need&©s flats both internal and externally along with managing records, and appointments.

This is a safety-critical, community-facing role, ideal for a proactive and personable individual who takes pride in their work and is committed to maintaining clean, safe, and welcoming environments for all residents.

It is essential that you have proven experience in domestic repairs (basic carpentry, plumbing, etc.) and gardening tasks (mowing, hedge trimming, weeding), and have the ability to work independently, plan workloads, and maintain detailed records.

In addition, you will need to have a clean UK driving licence
