About the role

You'll be confident managing a range of priorities, communicating with people at all levels and delivering excellent customer service. You'll understand the importance of confidentiality, attention to detail and building strong working relationships.

You'll bring:

  • Experience in an administrative, executive support, secretarial or casework role.
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Experience of building positive relationships with a wide range of stakeholders.
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Visio.
  • An understanding of local government, public services or the political environment would be advantageous.
  • A relevant qualification or equivalent experience.
