Fixed Term for 2 years
Working days are Monday to Friday. The office base is Huyton Village Centre where free long stay car parking is currently available. The main office is a short, two-minute walk from the conveniently located bus and train stations in Huyton Village.
Commencing with 24 days annual leave rising to 30 days with 10 years’ service. Statutory Bank Holidays are in addition to this already generous annual leave entitlement. Hybrid Working is fully embedded across the Council. Immediate entry into the Local Government Pension Scheme with additional Employer contributions for this grade of post currently at £5,778 per annum.

We will proactively support you on your journey to ideally secure a permanent building surveying post within the Council and to achieve full MRICS by providing access to various courses, CPD sessions and the training required for membership.
