We have an exciting opportunity to join the Strategy and Performance team at Waverley, working with teams across the Council in delivering excellent public services. The Graduate Management post offers a range of experiences and skills for your career development.

The successful candidate will work within the Strategy and Performance team and teams across the Council.

This is the perfect opportunity to acquire skills in those areas where you have not yet had direct experience and develop your career.

We are looking for candidates with the ability to understand the needs of a local community in the current policy context, tenacity to pursue goals and challenge the status quo to bring about change and the ability to proactively seek out opportunities for personal learning and development.

This is a full time role, 37 hours per week. However, all applications will be considered. The post is fixed term for two years.

Salary range
