Key duties and responsibilities
To undertake a variety of Grounds Maintenance cleansing tasks within Brentwood’s Parks, Green Spaces and Highways and cemeteries including litter picking, bin emptying, bin cleaning, graffiti removal, minor repairs, reporting of vandalism. To provide cover for sickness and absence within Brentwood's Housing Maintenance, Grounds Maintenance and Cemeteries teams including grass cutting, hedge cutting, sports pitch maintenance, litter picking, cemeteries maintenance when required.
Key skills required
- Current driving licence.
- High level of flexibility, positive can-do attitude.
- General groundwork/estate management experience.
- Dealing with public enquiries/conflict.

Salary range
- £23,184 - £26,899 per year
