
Growth Projects Officer
Amber Valley Borough Council is recruiting for an experienced Projects Officer to deliver strategic growth and investment projects and support the development of the borough. The role offers an exciting opportunity to make a significant contribution to the regeneration of the borough and support the delivery of key regeneration projects, engage with a range of stakeholders and develop opportunities for economic growth.
As a key member of the Growth & Town Centres team you will have experience and an understanding of project management, good organisational skills and be capable of working under your own initiative. The role will include the development, implementation and delivery of key projects in support of the Council’s objectives relating to the growth agenda and to improve infrastructure. It will involve a range of project planning skills including unblocking, risk management, budgeting and coordination activities to ensure effective delivery.
The successful candidate will have experience of successfully delivering projects with partners, and ideally will have a track record of working in regeneration and business support.

Salary range
- £37,280 - £40,777 per year
