Our Team:

Our Care Home Division comprises three nursing homes, one residential care home, and a bed-based Reablement facility across Widnes and Runcorn. We are seeking a committed and proactive individual to join our team.

In this role, you will carry out routine checks and maintain the buildings and surrounding grounds to a high standard. You will work closely with managers to support the smooth running of the homes, using your maintenance experience and communication skills to address issues promptly and coordinate with external contractors when more complex work is required.

Hours: 37 per week

Your Contributions:

• Experience in maintaining plant, equipment and buildings, ensuring they are safe and operational.

• Capable of completing required reports and documentation, including the regular updating of inventory records.

• Knowledge and practice of grounds maintenance and maintaining good housekeeping standards.

• Strong ability to prioritise own workload, working independently or as part of a team.

• Ability to drive.
