Drapers’ Academy is looking for an ambitious Head of Science to join our experienced and committed science Faculty. Applicants will have significant and relevant middle leader experience and a proven track record of raising achievement.
The Head of Science will:

Lead, develop and line manage the Science faculty, through a skilled approach that supports and challenges the team

Monitor, evaluate and continually improve the quality of planning, teaching and assessment of all members of the Science team

Model outstanding teaching and lead collaborative planning and development, including the sharing of resources and best practice within the department
-
Be responsible for tracking pupil progress across the faculty and analysing data to make appropriate changes to the curriculum and intervention strategies
