The children, parents, staff and Governors at Weaverham Forest Primary School and Nursery are seeking to appoint an exceptional and inspirational Headteacher to lead our welcoming and inclusive school.

The successful candidate will:

• Be an experienced and effective school leader, either an existing Headteacher or a Deputy Headteacher ready for headship
• Is a strategic thinker and can demonstrate a clear vision for school improvement and has the ability to inspire others through clear communication
• Have a strong track record of raising standards and improving outcomes for all pupils at all levels
• Is committed to the safeguarding and wellbeing of all children, with secure knowledge and understanding of safeguarding systems and processes
• Lead with empathy, integrity and passion
• Value teamwork, professional development and staff wellbeing
• Be committed to inclusion and equality and continue our approach to quality first teaching to enable our children to reach their full potential
• Works hard to foster strong relationships with all stakeholders, promoting the school within the local and wider community to strengthen the school’s reputation
