The governors of Bridgemere CE Primary School are seeking an inspirational, dedicated and forward-thinking Headteacher to lead our warm, inclusive and ambitious school community into its next chapter.

About the Role
This is a teaching headship role combining hands-on classroom leadership with the strategic direction and management of the school.

We are looking for a passionate leader who will:

  • Uphold and actively promote our Christian vision and values in all aspects of school life
  • Inspire and motivate staff, pupils and the wider community
  • Drive high standards of teaching, learning and achievement
  • Foster a culture of care, respect and aspiration
  • Build strong partnerships with families, the church and the local community
  • Balance strategic leadership with a teaching commitment of two days per week, modelling excellent classroom practice and maintaining a strong presence in daily school life

About You
The successful candidate will:

  • Be a practising or supportive Christian who embraces the Church of England ethos
  • Have a proven track record of successful leadership in a primary setting
  • Demonstrate a clear vision for excellence in education
  • Be committed to inclusive practice and the wellbeing of all pupils and staff
  • Possess strong communication, organisational and interpersonal skills
