N.O.R. 187 plus nursery
Required for January 2027. The Governors seek to appoint a committed, experienced and enthusiastic teacher with senior management experience.
Acre Rigg Infant School is a large 2-3 form entry school with a popular nursery for two, three and four year olds.

Following our successful Ofsted Inspection in May 2026, we are looking for a Head Teacher who will help continue to drive our shared vision of excellence.
We seek:
• An exceptional leader, with a proven track record of successful leadership, management and whole-school improvement
• A strategic thinker with the vision and passion to drive forward curriculum, ensuring the highest levels of teaching and learning
• An outstanding communicator who has the ability and experience of building a strong cohesive school community
• A caring leader with the understanding of how to support and nurture the children in our school
