You will also:

  • Supervise and support a team of operatives, driving high performance and quality outcomes.

  • Liaise with contractors, consultants and internal stakeholders to deliver effective solutions.
  • Produce reports, specifications and recommendations for maintenance works.
  • Help maintain accurate stock condition data to support future investment planning.
  • Ensure residents receive an excellent service and are kept informed throughout works.

  • Experience carrying out property, health and safety or compliance inspections.
  • Strong knowledge of building construction and property maintenance.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • The ability to manage competing priorities and work effectively under pressure.
  • A commitment to providing outstanding services to residents.
  • A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle for business use.

Experience supervising a team of multi-trade operatives and knowledge of housing compliance, HHSRS or Awaab's Law would be particularly beneficial.
