
Heat Networks and Energy Administrator
We’re looking for a proactive and organised Heat Networks and Energy Administrator to join our Utilities team. In this role, you’ll be the central point of contact for all utility-related matters across our growing energy portfolio. You’ll help manage supplier contracts, maintain accurate asset records, support billing processes, and resolve customer queries. With the introduction of OFGEM regulations and the expansion of our housing stock, this is a key role in ensuring our energy services are efficient, compliant, and customer focused.
What you’ll do
As a Heat Networks and Energy Administrator, you’ll support the Utilities Manager in delivering accurate billing and managing utility data across our portfolio. You’ll help create and maintain a central database of suppliers, monitor meter performance, and assist in transitioning manual meters to automated systems. You’ll work with internal teams and external partners to resolve issues, improve processes, and ensure residents receive excellent service. You’ll also contribute to sustainability initiatives, support project delivery, and help manage water billing and meter operator services. You'll be required to attend the office a minimum of 2 days per week.
What you’ll need
- Knowledge of utility management and energy efficiency in buildings.
- Strong organisational and data analysis skills, with experience using MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to communicate technical information clearly to non-specialists.
- Experience working on projects and managing customer complaints.
- A positive, proactive approach to learning and problem-solving.
