We’re looking for two Heating and Billing Managers to join our Mechanical Services team and take operational responsibility for the delivery of heat network billing across our portfolio. In this role, you’ll manage billing and income collection services for approximately 250 heat networks, ensuring full cost recovery and compliance with Heat Trust standards. You’ll work closely with internal teams, contractors, and external stakeholders to deliver a first-class service to our customers while driving improvements and efficiencies.
