More about your role
We are looking for a Helpdesk Administrator who will act as the first point of contact for any enquiries and provide the relevant information/ advice required. You will manage and maintain relevant administration and reporting systems whilst promoting our service to prospective customers.
This role is based on site at the University of Hertfordshire, Hatfield, Herts, AL10 9BT with shift patterns of 9am – 6pm or 10am – 7pm
At Places for People, we prioritise our dedication to safer recruitment. Therefore, a basic DBS check is mandatory for this position.

More about you
On a daily basis, you will have to deal with a variety of issues ranging from complaints to allocation issues. You will be asked to maintain good client and colleague relationships. We are looking for someone who has a track record of working in a customer service role and well versed in Facilities Management.
The ideal candidate will have
- Customer Service Experience,
- Knowledge of Facilities Management,
- Excellent communication skills – written and verbal,
- Good IT skills
