Are you an experienced teaching assistant with HLTA qualification looking for a change of environment or the next step in your career?

The governors at Winsford High Street Community Primary School invite applications for the position of HLTA to start as soon as possible.

The successful candidate will have:

• Have high expectations of children and young people with a commitment to helping them fulfil their potential
• Experience of planning, preparing and delivering individual, group and whole class learning activities within a framework prescribed by the class teacher;
• Experience of analysing, monitoring, evaluating and tracking pupil progress
• Excellent communication skills and ability to establish fair, respectful, trusting and supportive relationships with children and young people
• A passion for the safety and welfare of pupils
• A positive attitude and “can do” approach
