Salary: Grade 7 SCP 17 - 23
Actual Salary Pro-Rata: £23,540 - £26,129
Contract: fixed term until 31st August 2026 in the first instance
Hours: 32.5 hours per week // 5 days a week // 39 weeks a year
The Governors and Head of School at Westminster Community Primary School wish to appoint a Higher-Level Teaching Assistant to join our team. This position will be for 32.5 hours per week and is term time only plus inset days.
We are looking for a friendly, caring and motivated person with plenty of energy who can join our hardworking team in supporting teaching and learning across our school.

The successful candidate will:
- Have relevant experience of working with children in a higher-level teaching assistant role,
- Hold at least a level 3 qualification in childcare or teaching support,
- Demonstrate high expectations of individual achievement and behaviour,
- Be creative and enthusiastic,
- Have good organisational and interpersonal skills,
- Have flair, talent and initiative,
- Demonstrate a commitment to raising standards,
- Be able to work in close partnership with the whole school community.
