Permanent Part time 0.8, four days a week (term-time only
Location: Based at Bromley Civic Centre, hybrid & home visits across the borough.

Bromley’s Inclusion teams are looking for an outstanding Higher-Level Teaching Assistant to support the education of complex SEND & PMLD children within the borough.
You will be joining a small, dedicated team which sits alongside wider teaching teams who help children and young people access education in challenging circumstances.
Working alongside the Service Lead and one other HLTA, you’ll deliver tailored, home-based and short-term educational packages for children and young people with PMLD, ensuring their individual needs are met while permanent provision is secured.
You will be confident in:
Overseeing and delivering personalised home education for pupils with comples SEND and PMLD
Creating and adapting specialist, short-term educational packages
Supporting assessment and resource development
