Hours: 30 hours per week, term time only

Grade: F Point 12-19

Salary: £29,456 - £33,023 Pro Rata

Starting date: 1 September 2026

The Headteacher and Governing Body of Aintree Davenhill Primary School are seeking to appoint a caring, enthusiastic and self-motivated Higher Level Teaching Assistant who demonstrates a desire to establish effective relationships with pupils, parents and staff, and has a positive ethos and high expectations for the learning outcomes for all our pupils. This is a senior support role focusing on delivering a bespoke/adapted curriculum to a SEN child working one to one, within a group and within the classroom.

The job is a fixed term position.

Due to the nature of work the above post is exempt from the provisions of the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974 and relevant care/safeguarding legislation and appointment will only be confirmed if a satisfactory Enhanced Disclosure is obtained from the Criminal Records Bureau.
