Brampton Primary School (BPS), proudly rated Outstanding by Ofsted, is seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to join our team full-time from September 2025, working across upper key stage 2. This is an exciting opportunity for a committed professional who is passionate about supporting children's learning and development in a thriving, inclusive school community.

If you are an experienced HLTA who can work flexibly, take initiative, and inspire learners in years 5 and 6, we would like to hear from you.
We are looking for someone who:
- Is an experienced HLTA, or holds a relevant qualification to work at this level
- Has a strong understanding of the key stage 2 curriculum
- Is confident leading whole-class sessions, supporting intervention groups, and working collaboratively with teachers
- Demonstrates excellent communication, organisation, and behaviour management skills
- Is passionate about making a positive difference to pupils’ academic progress and wellbeing
