If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as a Homeownership Compliance Specialist at Peabody!
As a Homeownership Compliance Specialist, you will be at the forefront of providing essential homeowner products and services to our residents. You will deliver expert guidance on homeowner agreements, processes, and products, ensuring accuracy and compliance with best practices and relevant legislation. You will also play a key role in maintaining accurate records for leaseholders, shared owners, and freeholders, contributing to the smooth delivery of services.
What You’ll Do:
- Provide clear, practical advice to residents on homeowner products and agreements.
- Handle lease-related transactions – from subletting to re-mortgaging, with precision and care.
- Manage Right to Buy, Right to Acquire, and other home purchase applications.
- Support enforcement of lease terms, ensuring compliance and minimising risk.
- Work closely with external partners to maintain Peabody’s reputation.
- Be a good team player who can demonstrate working in a fast paced environment with the ability to manage a busy workload and effectively manage time.
What You'll Need:
- Proven experience in delivering specialist homeowner services within a social housing context.
- A track record of delivering excellent performance and customer service.

This is a hybrid role working a minimum of 2 days a week at the Westminster Bridge Road office.
