Homeownership Compliance Team Leader
In this varied and people‑focused role, your day could start with reviewing performance data and coaching a team member through a complex homeowner query, before supporting residents and colleagues with a range of homeownership enquiries. You may then guide a resident through their Right to Buy application, and later review a policy draft to ensure it meets both compliance requirements and customer needs.
As the Homeownership Compliance Team Leader, you’ll be the go‑to person for a small team of specialists—providing expert guidance, championing resident‑focused service, and ensuring high performance across the team. You’ll coach others through legislative changes, manage complex cases, analyse KPIs to drive improvements, and work closely with colleagues and residents to keep our services compliant, streamlined, and centred on positive customer experience.
About You
You’re a confident, compassionate leader who thrives on responsibility and variety. You bring clarity to complex challenges, inspire others through change, and build strong, collaborative relationships across the business. With a passion for great service and continuous improvement, you balance expertise with empathy and always put residents at the heart of what you do.
What We're Looking For
- Experienced in managing homeownership services within social housing, with a strong grasp of relevant legislation.
- An experienced team leader who supports and motivates others.
- Strong communication skills, able to explain complex issues clearly and inclusively.

This is a hybrid role, working a minimum of 2 days a week at our Westminster Bridge Road office.
