As our Homeownership Property Manager, you’ll play a key role in supporting Freeholders, Leaseholders and Shared Owners across your area. You’ll work closely with Neighbourhood teams and stakeholders to deliver a seamless, resident focused service. You’ll also build strong relationships with managing agents to ensure value for money and excellent service delivery for the communities we support.

What You’ll Be Doing

In this role, you’ll become the trusted expert for our homeowners, stepping into complex situations with confidence and clarity. You’ll build strong working relationships with residents, Managing Agents and colleagues, uncovering the root of issues and driving solutions that genuinely improve people’s homes and experiences. From leading vital conversations about major works to ensuring budgets and services offer real value, you’ll shape a responsive, high quality homeowner service where residents feel supported, listened to and empowered every step of the way.

What Makes You Great for This Role

  • You bring extensive experience in homeownership, along with the confidence to upskill and support others.
  • You’re skilled at identifying root causes and working collaboratively with colleagues and residents to resolve issues.
  • You have experience leading complex resident meetings with a calm, resident‑centred approach.
  • You offer strong negotiation skills and have a proven track record of working effectively with Managing Agents.
  • You have solid experience of service charges, financial systems and accounting, ensuring transparency and value for money.
  • You’re confident interpreting leases and applying relevant legislation to support fair and informed decision‑making.
  • You communicate clearly and effectively, making complex matters easy for residents and colleagues to understand.

Qualifications

TPI, ARMA or RICS qualification, or willingness to undertake one

This is a hybrid role, working a minimum of 2 days a week at our Westminster Bridge Road office.

Please note this is a fixed term contract ending 31st May 2027.
