Housing Officer - Temporary

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced and highly motivated full time Housing Officer to come and join our small but busy team dealing with all aspects of Housing Management, whilst the substantive postholder is seconded to another role. This is a generic housing officer role with responsibility for tenant’s transfer and mutual exchange applications, rent arrears recovery, voids and lettings management, tenancy and estate management, complaints, ASB management and resolution as well as liaison with external agencies.
