Housing Options/Homelessness Prevention Officer

We are seeking a Homelessness Prevention Officer to join the Council’s Housing Options Team focusing on preventing homelessness and offering help and advice to customers who are in housing need and may be vulnerable.

The purpose of this role is to provide a front-line, customer-focussed service to individuals and families experiencing housing difficulties. To assess housing needs and provide advice to prevent and relieve homelessness.
