This is a varied role suited to someone with excellent customer service skills and knowledge and experience of residential property and tenancies. It is important that you have a positive and confident outlook, experience of working with diverse client groups and can communicate accurately and effectively with a wide range of people.

There is the opportunity to undertake a Level 4 Apprenticeship in Regulatory Compliance with a focus on Housing.

The interview will include a short written element.

This role requires the post holder to hold a valid full driver’s licence.
