7.5 hours per week (job share spread over 2 days in the office)
Starting salary £28,426 pro rata with potential progression to £34,011 pro rata on achieving designated skills and experience
In this key role it will be up to you to provide a proactive, comprehensive and high-quality back-office housing rent transactions service through the management and maintenance of the rent accounts for council tenants of Welwyn Hatfield.You will undertake all aspects of rent accounting for dwelling and garage tenancies in accordance with current audit, accounting and legislative practice and process and manageindividualrent accounts carrying out accurate and timely daily, weekly and monthly system processing.
This is a role that has a lot of variety but will be very rewarding enabling you to work closely with internal colleagues always delivering excellent internal customer service.
