    We are looking for someone enthusiastic and creative who will work closely with our tenants, empowering them to have a meaningful voice in how we develop, improve and manage our housing service.

    You will support the Housing service to achieve our high standards in service delivery, quality assurance and legislative compliance. You will have a passion for service improvement, and an ability to interpret and analyse legislation, data and insight to inform evidence-based decision making.

    You will be required to successfully manage projects, initiatives and events, working collaboratively across our teams and with our residents. You will support and challenge colleagues across the Housing Service to ensure their regulatory compliance with the Tenant Satisfaction Measures (TSMs) and the Consumer Standards, in line with relevant legislation such as the Social Housing (Regulation) Act, the Building Safety Act and the Renters’ Right Act.

    You will have strong communication skills and an ability to build positive and effective relationships with colleagues and residents, alongside well-developed project management and negotiation skills. You will be confident producing high-quality written work, and contributing to development of Policies, Strategies and other important housing documentation and communication channels.
